Hickory/Avion Pacific Gerneral Aviation Center, a flight service organization jointly invested by the Management Committee of Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industrial Base (CAIB), Shenzhen Avion Pacific Limited and Hickory Finance (Asia) Limited, settled down in Shannxi Pucheng Airport on March 11. The project is preliminarily planned to cover 111,389 sqm, expected to started construction late in 2011, and put into use in 2013.
