Project Description：It is proposed to purchase 1,000mu land in Baoji Hi-tech Zone to mainly develop flight environment monitoring system, integrated navigation system and advanced inertial sensors; Stage-II project is mainly to develop meteorological radar, Doppler radar, radio navigation equipment, communication radio station, aviation electronic test equipment, light guiding plate, and optical fiber as well as ground equipment and cabin entertainment equipments.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form：The total investment of the project is RMB 2.5 billion Yuan and the cooperation form is joint venture or cooperation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return：The construction period is estimated to be 5 years. After it is put into production normally, the home market occupation rate within 5 years is about 25% and the market occupation rate is higher than 50% after five years. It is estimated that the sales income of RMB 10 billion Yuan will be realized. The flight environmental monitoring system, integrated navigation system, fiber optic gyroscope and other products involved this project belong to high technology products, they can replace imported products absolutely. Therefore, this project has favorable social benefit.
