Cannews - On June 18th, Boeing announced that they has not only expanded their flight service business in China, but also reinforced their ability to provide China airlines with training service. According to Boeing’s forecast, the Asian-pacific Region has the highest demand for pilots and aviation maintenance technicians. Included in the Asian-pacific Region, China shows the greatest demand. Precisely, China need to add 72000 pilots and 108000 aviation maintenance technicians respectively in the next 20 years.
A set of 787 pilots and flight training kits were introduced by Boeing. What is more, besides installing a 747-400 full flight simulator recently, Boeing increased the scale of service offered by Shanghai Training Center to three times than that before. Both now training equipments and existing Boeing 757/767 full flight simulators would be operated at the same time.
