Low-altitude airspace management test-fly in Haikou

The launching ceremony of the low-altitude airspace management reform test-fly is held in Haikou, capital of South China's Hainan province, Jan 28, 2011. The low-altitude airspace management reform test-fly, the first of its kind in China, launched here on Friday.
