Xi’an Greenland PICO International Convention & Exhibition Center (Greenland PICO Convention & Exhibition Center) is jointly developed by Shanghai Greenland Group, a famous real estate developer in China, and Pico Far East Holdings Co., Ltd., a leading figure in Asian international exhibition division listed in Hong Kong. Greenland PICO Convention & Exhibition Center, located in CBD of XHTZ and 20 minutes’ drive from Zhonglou Tower in the urban center of Xi’an, is an infrastructure landmark occupying a gross floor area of 30,000m2.
There exist four halls, an assembly hall with the capacity of 4,000 people and ten meeting rooms. What’s more, adjacent to the four-star Holiday Inn Greenland Century City Xi’an, it shows the optimal advantages to hold international, regional and National exhibitions and conferences and to have conference, enterprise project, cultural and social activities.
The Center is in the charge of PICO who has hired Global Spectrum of the US to be the expert consultant, so as to operate the Center in line with the management standard and service requirements of international professional exhibition halls.
